The 2020 Aussie Monster Truck of The Year: What YOU need to know!

What a year it has been. Monster truck action down under hasn't been very active for most of the year, but that hasn't stopped us from doing one thing. And it's that time of year again for that one thing to happen!

Between the 24th of November and the 30th of December, YOU will have the power to determine which truck is the meanest machine on Australian soil.

We understand that there has been a small amount of shows this year (around 6 in fact), however we have implemented a criteria this year that the monster trucks must fulfill in order to qualify into the nominations list:

1. Nominees must have run in 2 or more shows in the year.

If the truck had one appearance, or none at all, then it will not be an option.

2. Nominees must have appeared in a show that has a heavy focus on monster trucks as an attraction.

This does not apply to agricultural show appearances, displays or outdoor festivals. Trucks running as ride trucks at these shows also do not apply.

3. Nominees must be owned and ran by Australian owners.

In cases such as Monster Jam trucks or trucks under international ownership, these will not apply. This is a rule that we will permanently put in place for future competitions.

Voting will open on the 24th of November (Tuesday) after 4pm AEST and will close on the 30 December at 11:59pm AEST.

Multiple votes are allowed, however there will be a 1 day cooldown based on the device you use.
